I started parkour when I was four years old. What began as a way to move, climb, and challenge myself eventually became one of the most important parts of my life. Parkour gave me confidence when I doubted myself, discipline when progress felt slow, and the determination to keep going after failure.
Over the years, the sport has taken me around the world. I’ve competed internationally, earned national titles, and became a world champion. I’m proud of those accomplishments, but the greatest thing parkour gave me wasn’t a medal. It taught me how to face fear, work through frustration, trust the process, and become more capable both physically and mentally.
That is why I’m bringing Sessions North to Folsom. I want young athletes to have a place where they can discover what they are capable of through professional parkour coaching and structured athletic development. Every student will be challenged at their own level, whether they are taking their first parkour class or working toward advanced athletic goals. My goal is to create more than another youth sports program. I want Sessions North to become a place where kids throughout Folsom and the greater Sacramento area feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow. Parkour changed the direction of my life, and now I have the opportunity to pass those lessons on to the next generation.
